Pros- Staff was amazing! Everyone we encountered was very nice and personable. The breakfast buffet was delicious! And we received two welcome drinks from the bar upon arrival. There are stores nearby and a casino next door. Cons- The hotel is a bit dated. The room was pretty basic, no frills, no thrills and the bed and pillows were a bit too firm for my taste.(personal preference) All in all, it was a decent enough stay for the price.

This hotel has the best staff. There are very helpful and kind, I forgot to printed out my ship pass and the lovely Ms Shenell Bates at the reception printed out for me no questions asked, all with the most beautiful and welcoming smile. Thank you Shenell. She was also very knowledgeable of her surroundings which saved me a taxi fare, as I was able to walk and see a bit of Colon.

Excellent breakfast, perfect location for business trip, facilities clean, easy access to transport. Housekeeping was good, pool and gym facilities were in good condition. Also, convenient "secret" access to mall, grocery and pharmacy. (secret because I learned of it late)

This is a great location in Colon. It’s right next to the Colon 2000 Mall which has very good restaurants. The pool is nice and they have plenty of parking.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! They provided us with everything that we could've wanted! Sandra Gugu was a gem and knew everything that we wanted before we could ask! She's a definite asset. Christian checked us in and was always available to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever needed. That also goes for everyone in reception! Never has an issue with anything or anyone.

The hotel was quiet until the evening when they begin having the ban practice. Breakfast and staff were excellent. I will come again.

The breakfast was amazing, we also had room service the night we arrived and it exceeded our expectations both in quality and quantity.

convenient...few mins Walk to the freezone... breakfast was good... receptionist was very helpful.. walking distance to lot of food place supermarket close by
